Internal Do Not Contact (DNC) Policy

Chief Investment Properties LLC maintains an Internal Do Not Contact (DNC) Policy to honor the privacy and communication preferences of individuals who do not wish to be contacted by our company or its representatives.

1 Purpose and Scope

This Internal Do Not Contact (DNC) Policy governs how Chief Investment Properties LLC handles requests from individuals who do not wish to receive communications — including telephone calls, text messages, and emails — from our company, its employees, representatives, or affiliates.

This policy applies to all outreach, marketing, and follow-up communications initiated by Chief Investment Properties LLC, regardless of the communication channel used.

2 How to Submit a DNC Request

Individuals may request to be added to our Internal Do Not Contact list by contacting us through any of the following methods:

  • Email: Send a request to steven.spencer@chiefinvestmentproperties.com with the subject line "DNC Request."
  • Phone: Call (404) 882-9857 and clearly state that you wish to be placed on our Do Not Contact list.
  • Text Message: Reply STOP to any text message received from Chief Investment Properties LLC. This will automatically opt you out of future text communications.

When submitting a DNC request, please provide the exact phone number(s) and/or email address(es) you wish to have added to the DNC list, as well as your full name, to ensure we can accurately process your request.

3 Processing Timeline

Chief Investment Properties LLC will process your Do Not Contact request within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 10 business days of receipt. Once added to our DNC list, your contact information will be suppressed from future outreach and marketing communications.

Please note that a DNC request applies to marketing and outreach communications. It does not prevent us from contacting you regarding an active transaction, a pending agreement, or other legally required communications.

4 Exceptions

A Do Not Contact request does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Communications related to an existing or ongoing business relationship or transaction.
  • Communications required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Communications necessary to respond to a direct inquiry initiated by the individual.
  • Service-related communications, such as confirmations, updates, or notices about an existing agreement.

5 Requesting to View the Full Internal DNC Policy

All users — without exception — who wish to view our complete Internal Do Not Contact (DNC) Policy must follow the procedure below:

Your request must:

  • Be submitted using the exact email address associated with your prior communications with us.
  • Include your exact name and address as originally provided to us so we can verify you are entitled to view the policy.
  • Request viewer-only access. Requests for editor or commenter access will not be honored under any circumstances.
  • Be made directly by you. No third-party submissions of any kind will be accepted or processed.

Only properly submitted and verified requests that fully comply with these instructions will be reviewed and processed. If your request meets all requirements, access to view the Internal DNC Policy will be granted within 48 to 72 hours.
