Chief Investment Properties LLC evaluates vacant land, acreage, and rural lots across Florida — from the Panhandle to the Nature Coast, Central Florida to the Treasure Coast. Overgrown, unbuildable, landlocked, or simply unwanted, we review the parcel as it sits today. Submitting your land does not guarantee an offer, and there is no obligation to accept. Why Florida Landowners Work With Us:
Most Florida land owners contact us because the parcel has become a burden — taxes, HOA dues, or liability with no clear way to use it. We review land in the condition it is in today.
Pines, palmetto, and years of growth. You do not need to clear, mow, or grade anything before submitting.
Land that has proven difficult to build on or finance. We will tell you honestly whether it fits what we buy.
No road frontage, no recorded access easement, or no practical way in. These are common in older Florida subdivisions.
Parcels passed down through family, sometimes with several owners or unclear title. We can discuss the options openly.
Property taxes, association dues, and mowing bills for a parcel you may never build on or visit.
From a single quarter-acre city lot to a large rural tract. Size alone is not a reason to rule a parcel out.
We focus on Florida, with particular attention to the counties where rural and recreational land is most common. If your parcel is elsewhere in the state, submit it anyway — we will tell you either way.
Large rural tracts, timber land, and hunting parcels
Citrus, Levy, Hernando — acreage and rural residential lots
Polk, Lake, Marion — subdivision lots and open acreage
Coastal-adjacent lots, infill parcels, and inland tracts
Infill lots, acreage, and buildable suburban parcels
Lee, Collier, Charlotte — platted lots and vacant parcels
Farm, grove, pasture, and greenbelt-classified parcels
If you own it in Florida, we will review the details
Land is not houses. We would rather explain the realities now than have you expect something we cannot deliver.
Tell us the parcel ID or the general location and acreage. If the numbers need confirming later, that is a normal part of the process — not a barrier to submitting.
Some land simply does not fit what we buy — a parcel with serious title defects, or one outside our target markets. If that happens, we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
There is no cost, no obligation, and no exclusive agreement. You are free to walk away at any point, including after receiving terms.
No legitimate buyer can guarantee a price before reviewing a property. We are an investment company, not a listing agent — we are not acting as your agent, attorney, or advisor, and we recommend you consult your own professionals before signing anything.
Tell us the parcel ID or location and the acreage. We will review the details and follow up with a clear answer — even if that answer is no.
