Insurance SMS Terms

These terms cover the request-based text message program used for insurance consultation requests. They apply prospectively to new opt-ins made on or after October 12, 2026.

1 Who sends these messages

Chief Investment Properties LLC is the SMS sender and the registered SMS brand for this program.

Insurance services are provided by Steven Spencer in his individual capacity, separate from Chief Investment Properties LLC's real-estate services. Chief Investment Properties LLC is not a licensed insurance agency.

2 What kinds of messages you will receive

This is a transactional, request-based program only:

Responses to the insurance consultation you requested.
Appointment confirmations and reminders.
Follow-up responses to your inquiry.

We do not send promotional or marketing text messages through this program.

3 Your consent is optional

Consent to receive text messages is given by an affirmative, optional checkbox on the consultation request form. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit the form.

You can request a consultation without agreeing to SMS.
Agreeing to SMS is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service.
Simply providing a phone number is not consent to receive text messages.

4 Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies based on your consultation and appointment activity.

Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

5 How to cancel or get help

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive no more program messages except one final confirmation that you have opted out.

6 Carrier limitations

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device, and delivery is not guaranteed.
